TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Prices and Currency:

• All prices and orders on our website are invoiced in Saudi Riyals (SAR).

• Any currency conversion variations or bank fees applied by the customer’s issuing bank are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Payment Method Policy & Custom Orders:

• Accepted Payment Method: We exclusively accept payments via Bank Wire Transfer.

• Bank Wire Transfers: A copy of the payment receipt must be sent within 48 hours of order confirmation; otherwise, the order will be canceled automatically.

• Custom & Special Agreement Orders: Orders customized by special agreement are processed exclusively after scope and details confirmation via email at info@revasabour.com.

• Order Confirmation:

  All orders and bank transfers are processed following the initial agreement on product specifications.

• Payment Process:

  Please reach out to us at info@revasabour.com to confirm your order details. Complete banking details will be provided via email once specifications are finalized.

3. Pre-Orders:

• Customers can book items that require handcrafted production time. Payment is charged via bank transfer at the time of purchase, and items are shipped once ready. Shipping addresses for pre-orders cannot be modified once placed.

4. Order Processing & Changes:

• Orders are processed from Sunday to Thursday. Once confirmed and processed upon receiving the payment receipt, orders cannot be modified. Separate orders will be shipped separately.

5. Shipping & Insurance:

• Orders are dispatched from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All shipments are fully insured against theft and accidental damage until delivered to the customer.

6. Property - Copyright & Trademark:

• The website and all its contents—including designs, imagery, text, fonts, and software—are the exclusive property of Revan Abdalsaboor Establishment and are protected by copyright laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, alteration, or commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

7. End Consumer Policy:

• This website is intended solely for personal use by final consumers. Revan Abdalsaboor Establishment reserves the right to decline or cancel any orders that do not comply with this policy
